• Location: 10 Down by the water, within walking distance. Lots of restaurants and sights to see, but in a quiet area.

• Staff: 10 Extremely helpful staff and management. They spoke English very well and gave great advice on things to do and places to eat.
• Quietness: 10 Off the beaten path which was great for us. We like the noise and excitement in the day, but at night, we like a good nights sleep.
• Room: 7.5 Very nice room. Bathroom was large. Room itself was a bit small but well appointed and very clean.

• Staff: 5 We requested a small cot for our son and never received it. We requested extra towels and kleenex (maid did not replace) from front desk and they never brought it up - we had to follow up on each request for it to happen. one day, housekeeping never made up our room so we went to the fron desk and requested towels and soap to be left in our room - they were never brought to us
• Quietness: 2.5 Noise between rooms we very quiet - the problem is the noise on the street - we could hear all cars, motorcycles all day and night
