- Staff: 5 they try to move us to another hotel, than they put us in a very small smoking room (we asked for non smoking)
- Quietness: 5 you can hear the elevator klicking all the time.
- Room: Not rated i could hardly go thru the bathroom door.
- Value for money: 5 they charged me 260 euro for two nights when the published rate in the web site was 99+109.

- Location: 2.5 c%27 etait tres loin de la rue saint-elysees. pour aller au centre on devait changer deux lignes de metro.La gare Saint Lazare est 10 min a pied, ma apres 21.00 on avait peur, parce que on etait seuls dans la rue.Il n%27 y avait pas aussi a la region station de taxi, c%27 est pourquoi on devait appeler.
- Common facilities and services: 5 L%27 ascanseur etait en panne pour tres jours et on devait monter jusq%27 au 5eme etage a pied!Le premier jour on y a monte nos valiges sans aucune aide!!!La raison est qu%27 il y avait toujours seulement une personne a la reception...
