• Negative: Small, uninteresting room with a broken AC and view of an interior courtyard.

• Cleanliness: 2.5 Dirty sheets and could smell people smoking either in adjacent room or from somewhere else in the hotel.
• Location: 7.5 Near a large square and several museums but closer to the edge of town than the center.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Breakfast was not very good.
• Staff: 5 They were OK. neither courteous nor discourteous. Did not really care that people were smoking in the hotel.
• Quietness: 7.5 Very quiet in the small inner courtyard.
• Room: Not rated Bland and small. Broken AC.
• Value for money: 5 Cheap but probably not worth it in the long run.

• Negative: Hice la reserva en la página web del hotel al menos con quince dias de antelación, pero dos días antes me llamarón para desviarme a otro hotel diciendome que habian tenido un error informatico. Les dije que no queria anular la reserva. Al dia siguiente me volvieron a llamar del hotel insistiendome en mandarme a otro hotel, diciendo que habian tenido problemas por unas inundaciones en unas habitaciones. Al final tuve que anular la reserva y buscar otro hotel. Muy mal. No recomendable en absoluto.
