• Negative: shabbiness of the hotel, no bar, restaurant not open in the evenings, my room should have had an inner curtain which was missing - just outside of my room, there had been a problem with the ceiling - boards tacked up to cover the problem and very poorly re plastered, in the rooms the floors were not cleaned to the edges and the bath was so old the enamel was worn and rusted through. Breakfast - kitchen was useless, ask for more eggs and took over 30 mins - last day eggs did not arrive until over 30 people had already been down for breakfast and left - very poor - only day I went at 7am so might have been the same every day

• Cleanliness: 2.5 edges of floor never washed, carpet stained
• Location: 7.5 very difficult to get to as the road says taxi only and went around the town 3 times before someone was able to direct us
• Common facilities and services: 2.5 no bar, restaurant not open, handrail on staircase very wobbly and dangerous, restaurant not open in the evening
