• Positive: I have stayed here about 5 times now and we was very disappointed this time
• Negative: it spoilt my holiday waiting for sunbeds I don't think they should be locked as there is enough this meant there was a massive rush for the breakfast which the staff could not cope with due to not enough staff tables were not getting cleared fast enough hot drinks were running out and no one to see to it , the gas in the fizzy drinks is flat by the afternoon around the pool , not enough staff they all look overworked its not there fault its who ever is running the hotel , not enough toilets around the busy pool and they were flooded by the early afternoon , bins not emptied enough around the pool so flies were a problem , the entertainment on an evening was shocking, rooms not cleaned as in previous years I have spent here again due to shortage of staff , I did fill a form out at reception with this information on , the extra money we paid this time was not worth it we feel its got worse and not better and we feel its all little things that could be fixed by just tweeking a few things and putting more staff on would probably resolve this , I have read a few reviews and many people are saying the same thing ,its all well sending these to fill out as long as you are going to address this which in my opinion you don't care as you are still getting the customers and the other thing was you were over booked as this was stated by the reception staff when I asked about a few things that I was not happy about and having to send the worker that live on site to another hotel to stay is out of order , I do not know weather someone different has taken over the hotel but in my opinion its for the worse I am sorry to say as I have always had a good experience but not this time , its is not a 4 star its still a 3 star hotel compared to other 4 star hotels I have stayed in so really sorry I am having to write this as was not expecting this myself

• Cleanliness: 5 not as clean as previous years due to staff shortage or over booking
• Location: 10 great location
• Common facilities and services: 5 need to put more toilets around the pols and clean the more regular again shortage of staff /over booking
• Staff: 10 the staff are lovely and are coving far more than they should have to like in the gallion restaurant they are cleaning tables then running round to serve anyone that goes to the bar thre should be a person manning the bar all the time so the other staff can concentrate on what they have to so , slave labour springs to mind again not enough staff

• Room: 5 nothing special could do with updating but we only sleep there so not a major thing to us as long as they are cleaned and towels are left , which this time they didn't again lack of staff / over booking
• Value for money: 2.5 not a 4 star not worth the extra money we paid this time

• Negative: The whole hassle with getting sunbeds in the morning. This was our third year at the hotel and it just seems to be getting worse. I also found choice of food has reduced and the same stuff was be repeated every couple of days which we soon got sick off.

• Cleanliness: Not rated 15min für ein 3-Zimmer Appartement... Reinigen heisst hier, einfach den Schmutz etwas verteilen... Am Besten nicht unter die Betten schauen. Dort sammelt sich der Schimmel in den Fugen...

• Quietness: Not rated Na ja, da wird ein Ruhepool angepriesen. Dort gibt es einfach keine laute Musik und krine Animation. Mit Ruhe hat das aber rein gar nichts zu tun...
• Room: Not rated Im ersten Appartment roch es dauernd nach Kanalisation. 4 Nsl (!) hat der sogenannte Techniker vergeblich versucht, das Problem in der Küche zu lösen. Nach vier Tagen konnten wir dann das Appartement wechseln. Im zweiten Appartement roch es ununterbrochen feuchten und schimmligen Wänden. Die Fugen der Fliessen am Boden waren Von Schimmelpilz befallen. Von den Wänden löste sich dauern der Gips.

• Negative: Que hubiese personal que no hablara español. Sobre todo del equipo de animación. Los niños no podían participar en las actividades por este tema. La limpieza de la habitación. He encontrado hasta cucarachas. No se limpiaba el suelo ni cambiaban las sabanas en toda la semana.
