• Staff: 5 the cleaning staff entered at any time without checking if the room was occupied, verifying the presence of the key at reception. lack of sign to hang on the handle to communicate their presence in the press and will not be disturbed
• Quietness: 2.5 the neighborhood is very busy with cars and motorcycles at all hours.
• Room: 5 the room was next to the laundry room and felt much noise
• Value for money: 2.5 the gap between prices with o without breakfast is too high considering the service
