• ここが良かった: Friendly staff - good food in restaurant. Babysitting service was excellent. Allowed check-out at 1pm.
• ここが気に入らなかった: My friends paid less for their room and received a larger room. A ham and cheese sandwich at the pool took 1 hour to arrive. No water in the room and no coffee facilities (room cost EUR370 - why not charge EUR371 and provide water?). I ordered two bottles of water to the room - it cost EUR16. No high chairs for babies in the restaurant. Poor directions to the hotel.

• 立地条件について: 7.5 No parking. No place to unload bags - while I was unloading, residents were beeping their horns at me. This forced me to drive away without an understanding of how to get back.

• 満足度は？: 2.5 My wife and I have stayed in over 50 hotels in the last 12 months. The lack of water and coffee in the room, the poor service at the pool, the difficulty in unloading luggage and parking the car etc. were all very disappointing. Had the room cost EUR200, I would have been more satisfied.
