• Location: 10 Easy walk along the marina side into Palma. Very easy access to bus routes, particularly for the airport.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Pool a bit cool and not really outdoors.
• Staff: 10 Really nice, particularly Sonia and the other breakfast staff
• Quietness: 7.5 Road outside can be noisy but we don't mind it. No noise from the hotel
• Room: 10 The suite is fantastic with sun from dawn to dusk on the sea view balcony
• Value for money: 10

• Location: 10 Ideal central location for exploring Palma
• Common facilities and services: 10 The sun deck was very comfortable and well served with the bar and restaurant
• Staff: 10 The staff are by far the biggest asset of this hotel. All, without exception, were helpful, professional and nothing was too much trouble.
• Quietness: 10 Being in the 8th floor this visit meant there was no traffic noise
• Room: 10 The room was a good size. Plenty of hanging wardrobe space. Nice calm colours. The bathroom was good size too with a powerful shower.
• Value for money: 7.5 Booked direct with hotel. I prefer this option. Our flights were with Jet2 and we could have booked with them or an online site.
