• Positive: The hotel was very clean. The staff were friendly. There was a great view. A good location for the marina and the historic area.

• Location: 10 A lovely walk to the historic town. A great sea view from the room.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Didn't use them but seemed good.
• Staff: 10 Pleasant
• Quietness: 2.5 The road noise was cancelled out by the double set of doors however the noise levels between the rooms on 1 particular night was not was not acceptable.

• Value for money: 7.5 We stayed 2 years ago and paid extra for the 7th floor. I think the room and the view was just as good and better value, however it may mean that you need to stay in a room that has loud people with more than 2 in a room.

• Positive: Excellent service by all staff especially at reception. The hotel was very clean and the location is unbeatable. The view is exceptional.

• Negative: We paid for a sea view room and were given a room directly over the indoor pool. It would have been nicer on a higher floor, especially as we have stayed at your hotel many times previously.

• Positive: Clean room - bright, modern & functional, & good varied choice of breakfast & well managed by all breakfast staff.- always smiling!
• Negative: The change of the 'bar' area to an eating cafe type location. Used to enjoy having a drink or two in the bar when returning from day out - but no longer enjoy the cafe type plastic furniture. Please bring back soft seated furniture.
