• Cleanliness: 10 room was always pristine when we returned from daily outing. Bathroom very clean and well equipped.
• Location: 10 Metro stop right across street. Most places of interest within easy walking distance. Many restaurants nearby as well as excellent Flamenco venue.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Computers available. No breakfast.
• Staff: 7.5 One clerk was disdainful and unhelpful. Told us printing out boarding pass was "impossible" when others had just done so. Attitude was unfriendly. Others were great.
• Quietness: 10 double paned windows and blackout shutters enabled noise-free rest. When opened, view of colorful plaza and "action" in it was fun to watch from our 4th floor room.
• Room: 10 Great view of plaza below and flower-surrounded fountain. Large well appointed room. No mini-refrigerator, however.
• Value for money: 10 We got what we expected - nothing was exaggerated and we were not disappointed.

• Location: 10 Overlooks the Plaza so if you like being in the center of activity, this is the place.
• Common facilities and services: Not rated
• Staff: 10 Always there to answer questions.
• Quietness: 2.5 I didn't mind it but the noise from the plaza which continued to the early hours of the morning was an issue for my wife which required us to close the windows/doors.
• Room: 5 Decent size room and bath-not as big as some others.
• Value for money: 5
