• Positive: Staff are so friendly especially pepa the manager, Sandra who works in bar area and Yonet who works in restaurant but all they staff are so friendly and consistent with their work.
• Negative: I have stayed in this hotel when it was owned by the RIU and it is in desperate need of upgrading in rooms especially. The food in restaurant is very good but need more variety of cooked meats.

• Value for money: 7.5 Good value for money but needs updated and more choices of cooked meats in restaurant.
