• Negative: Había que bordear todo el hotel subiendo y bajando escaleras continuamente para poder llegar a la habitaciòn 166 que daba a la carretera general en primera planta, El techo de la terraza absolutamente con la pintura caída y cayendo al suelo.Horrible,fotografié todo para no recomendarlo. El espejo del baño en muy mal estado,suelos de terraza y baño en mal estado con grietas.Una y no más.

• Negative: Del hotel nada pero del hotel contiguo deberían obligarle a que solucione el ruido que hace la máquina exterior durante todo el día ya que por la noche llega a molestar para el descanso en las habitaciones cuya terraza dan a la parte posterior. Como digo es un problema del otro hotel.

• Cleanliness: 10 Very clean and wonderful to have thorough daily housekeeping. Didn’t expect that so nice surprise.
• Location: 10 Perfect location for access to the Yumbo. Bus stop nearby. But walking to the beach dunes and back each day was my preference!
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Good gym, though no free weights. Common spaces clean. Pool fine but I chose the beach most days.
• Staff: 7.5 Functional, working hard. Nice welcome. Not much interaction at breakfast but everyone is working hard to clean/clear busy breakfast room so not needed much intersection.
• Quietness: 7.5 I asked for a quiet room. I was not interrupted at night but in the daytime sometimes the noise of wheels from suitcases/housekeeping carts are audible. Plus passing guest noise. Otherwise, it delivered in quietness to a food standard.
• Room: 5 Quite small. Balcony overlooking the restaurant/pool which isn’t ideal… didn’t feel like using it if it meant I’d be overlooked by diners. Decor is dated but everything worked. Air con good. Shower good. Fridge functional. Bed fine (not good, fine). Only one plug is biggest downfall. No English TV channels. Basic shampoo/soap but I bought everything else I needed.
• Value for money: 10 Huge value for money. Though as a solo traveller I would’ve appreciated a solo occupancy rate. Either way, very very affordable.
