• Positive: Plenty of room around the pool. Friendly staff.
• Negative: The door leading from the bedroom to the balcony has dropped leaving a large gap at the top. As a result the wind was very noisy in the room. The quality of the food was ok but for a 4* rated hotel could have been better.

• Location: 7.5 Nice position, not far to walk into the busier area but nice that it was in the quieter part of Costa Teguise.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Great variety and facilities which we used, and great that it is included in the price paid.
• Staff: 5 Reported air conditioning 5 times and nothing was done.
• Quietness: 5 Disappointed that the quiet pool wasn't quiet - this should be made an adult only area as where there are children there is always noise!
• Room: 7.5 Good size although air conditioning did not work the whole time we were there. Reported 5 times and nothing done!!
• Value for money: 5 Average value for money, but food let it down.

• Positive: The grounds of the hotel were very well maintained and the variety of flowers plants and trees was interesting, my wife is keen on gardening and found the little signs naming the trees etc. to be very useful. The grounds and the standard of housekeeping added to the relaxed atmosphere at he hotel
