• Positive: The excellent food options. There was always a large choice and the local cuisine served was always very fresh and delicious... The staff working in the mirror were incredible, so efficient but extremely polite and helpful.. The activity pool and pool bar were brilliant with food and snacks available pretty much all day, pool, table tennis, darts, arcade games, crazy golf, tennis, football on the ashes pitch... Location is quiet but very close to the beach and resort centre which is clean, attractive and has a good atmosphere. the beach are lovely and the nearby beach Bastion has excellent snorkling with lots of fish to see..
• Negative: Getting a sunbed could be challenging but that was about it...

• Positive: Pool area is lovely, hotel room was spacious and comfortable.
• Negative: Food was very poor and restaurant overcrowded. Night time entertainment was shockingly poor.

• Cleanliness: 5 Pool area was clean. Staff worked extremely hard, but they were understaffed so areas were left unclean for long periods of time.

• Staff: 7.5 Staff were helpful and friendly but overworked. Entertainment staff were poor.
• Quietness: 10 Only noise came from room above but not a big issue.
• Room: 7.5 Plenty of space and storage. Room clean and comfortable.
• Value for money: 2.5 Went All Inclusive but because food was so poor and restaurant so packed, we ate out every night apart from the first one.

• Positive: The location, and the grounds we're we'll kept. The staff worked very hard and we're always friendly and helpful. The food was generally good.
• Negative: The bed was very hard. Sunbeds shouldn't be reserved for more than a couple of hours, there were days we couldn't get one. The room was clean but some of the furniture was tatty and needs replacing.

• Negative: The entertainment at night was very poor with the exception of Joseph on Monday nights. He was excellent.

• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Pools were lovely if a little cold. Plenty of sunbeds. Food was nice, always something to eat even for fussy eaters. Chinese was our favourite.
