• Cleanliness: 10 The cleaning staff were fantastic
• Location: 7.5 Brilliant views, the ability to use the lifts to get up and down to the centre was very handy
• Common facilities and services: 10 The poolbar was well equipped, loads of sun loungers available. Breakfast was great
• Staff: 10 All the staff that I dealt with were fantastic and could not be more helpful
• Quietness: 10 It was very peaceful. By about 9 o'clock each night there was not a sound out on the balcony
• Room: 7.5 Really great size and great amenities within the room. My only criticism is the shower went cold very quickly.
• Value for money: 10 Definately worth every penny

• Room: 10 Room facilities are good, balcony and sunbeds are perfect for our holiday. Shame your hotel doesn't have 2 bedroom apartments to accommodate travelling with teenagers.
