• Positive: I have stayed in the Royal Sunsuite for years and have always liked the exclusivity of the pool and the facilities that the apartments offer however this year was different as we lost the facilities that we had due to the closure of the Sunsuite pool and bar from the 27.8.2018 until the 9.9.2018 our stay was from the 24.8.18 to the 9.9.2018.
• Negative: We booked direct but were never informed about the closure of the pool and the impact it would have on us for our holiday..Our exclusive use stopped when all clients at the Sunsuite had access to the Royal Sunsuite pool which made it crowded and could not use the pool as normal as full of children with inflatables. On the 27.8.18 we were woken by the noise of drills and workmen from the Sunsuite pool which continued. we had our possessions lifted from our sunbeds on more than one occasion due to the lack of sunbeds. if we wanted a drink or snack at the pool we had to go to the Terrazzamar which was not convenient from the Royal Sunsuite. We could not even enjoy this because of the noise coming from the building site below which could also be heard from the Royal Sunsuites. We did use the offer of a lift to the beach but we had to pay for the sunbeds and umbrella which is what we paid for for our stay in the Royal Sunsuites. we paid the extra money for nothing and were not offered anything in way of compensation I paid full price on arrival and have lodged this issue with the main Servatur site and awaiting a response. I think it is only fair that we should get an offer for our loyalty. My rating below is only based on my recent stay. I can only say that all the staff were great and other facilities e.g. reception staff, cleaning etc was great!!

• Cleanliness: 10 Cleaners in changing towels celaing etc and very friendly

• Common facilities and services: 2.5 See my comments above regarding the pool, pool bar etc due to the unnotified closure of the Sunsuite pool for two weeks and us losing the exclusivity which we paid extra for!
• Staff: 10 Staff were always courteous and professional especially Lotta and cleaners
• Quietness: Not rated We lost exclusive use of our facilities and there was noise from the work going on at the pool and the work on the shopping centres below.
• Room: 7.5
• Value for money: 7.5

• Negative: Furniture needs updating and kitchen utensils were missing.

• Cleanliness: 5 Not as good as previous visits, not consistent.
• Location: 7.5 Good area.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Reasonable. New pool hours at Royal are not suitable to me as I like to swim in the morning before it gets too busy and with later opening this is not possible.
• Staff: 10 Reception staff Adela and Lotta are excellent
• Quietness: 7.5 Peaceful stay except for pool area.
• Room: 5 Furniture needs updating inside and table and chairs outside are in a terrible state.
• Value for money: 5 Would be excellent if some updates were made.

• Cleanliness: 5 El apartamento estaba limpio, 6 dias a la semana
• Location: 5 Cerca del centro comercial. La distancia para ir era muy larga o bien tenías que pasar por Terrazamar y Sun Suite para llegar y había que coger muchos ascensores que daban algunos miedos por los ruidos y movimientos que hacian
• Common facilities and services: 5 Los apartamentos del Royal están bien, se ven que han sido usados , pero se conservan bien. Las instalaciones de aquí estaban normales pero se necesita más mimo, hacían lo justo. Nunca vi limpiar la piscina en 10 dias ni la zona de la piscina
• Staff: 5 Nos atendió un chico en.recepción que era muy simpático, en otras ocasiones había una señora bastante seria y con mala cara.
• Quietness: 7.5 Al estar muy arriba era muy trabquilo
• Room: 7.5 Las vistas no eran del otro mundo.estaba el apartamento bien equipado. El tamaño estaba bien. Camas cómodas.
