• Positive: Todo... El servicio es muy bueno y el personal del hotel es muy agradable. Que no había 37°C como en Madrid. La animación para niños. La comida de los menús es muy variada y con mucha oferta saludable. Los cócteles que nos preparaba Almudena. La zona muy tranquila.

• Negative: We had our 3year old who couldnt get in the swimming pool because it was ice cold, after complaining numerous times nothing was done about it,everyone at the pool felt the same, after spending 2.5k on our honeymoon happy to se we WONT be back!

• Negative: I think you should lower the age to 3 at kids club.. unfortunately my son fell on the hard ground and had the get snitches as his head bang off the mental part of the ground n he be left with a bad scar but other than that I give the hotel 10/10

• Location: 10 Ideal location just opposite shops, beach and promenade
• Common facilities and services: 10 Variety of sports/ activities available, separate areas making it feel more intimate resort despite being quite large, beautiful gardens foliage/flowers and very well maintained
• Staff: 10 Always friendly and helpful, entertainment team were energetic and creative
• Quietness: 5 There were quiet areas around the resort (separate kids and adults areas), around the property itself was perfect noise levels, although the main restaurant could be generally noisy during meal times, although outside eating space was quieter. This was more distracting than anything else.
• Room: 10 Great size, generous space in the rooms - bigger than expected. Separate bedroom works brilliant for families.
• Value for money: 10 Brilliant - worth every penny especially with the Club Los Zocos member discount and valentines special offer. I would definitely return if similar discounts offered on other dates.

• Location: 7.5 About a 15 minute walk to the centre of the resort but it’s a nice walk and there are shops, bars and restaurants on the way
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 We stayed on a breakfast only basis and the food was good and varied for that meal. We had a few drinks in the bars but each one we tried was of inferior quality
• Staff: 10 Very friendly staff from first greeting at reception onwards
• Quietness: 10 Could not hear any noise in the apartment, quiet location
• Room: 10 Spacious accommodation, plenty of storage with a big walk in shower in bathroom. Lovely garden views from the balcony
• Value for money: 10 We definitely felt that we had good value for money. We would return and will recommend here
