• Personnel: 10 All staff were friendly and approachable but hats off to the Animation Team, they were brilliant!!! Involved both kids and adults in the daily activities and they were always on the go. Can not fault them at all!!!

• Propreté: 10 totally spotless,and if there was a mess it was soon sorted
• Situation: 10 on the doorstep,couldnt have been better
• Installations et services: 10 all a family could need and more
• Personnel: 10 nothing was too much trouble
• Tranquillité: 10 if you needed quiet time you just walked round the the corner to the second pool
• Chambre: 10 for what i paid it was fantastic

• Positif: Zonas comunes y personal de restaurante y piscina. Habitación amplia.
• Négatif: Paredes de la habitación con muchos desconchones y suelos que dan la sensación de estar viejos y sucios. No es la imagen que espero en un hotel de 4 estrellas. Después de una semana de estancia (y 1500 euros de gasto) te cobran 20 euros por dejarte salir de la habitación una hora más tarde el último día. Me parece que estos detalles dan mala imagen.

• Propreté: 7,5 Overall it was good. Mostly very good especially the grounds.
• Situation: 7,5 Close to beach but no sea views.

• Personnel: 10 All staff were excellent.
• Tranquillité: 5 It was very busy over Easter. Lots of people and children equals noise. But not a fault of the resort.
• Chambre: 7,5 Good use of space. Perfect for large families. Our room needed a refurb to meet the standards of the modernised ones but it met our needs.
• Relation qualité-prix: 7,5 Good value for money but cold pools meant we paid to use another resort nearby (Sands) which had proper heated pools.

• Propreté: 10 Rooms cleaned to high standards and communal areas maintained well throughout the day.
• Situation: 10 Close to shops, beach and transport links
• Installations et services: 10 Three pools, two bars, three restaurants
• Personnel: 7,5 Should be 5 as the majority of staff are excellent but a couple of moody bar staff
• Tranquillité: 10 Very peaceful sleep. Quiet pool available during the day if peace is required. El mirador restaurant can be chaotic but Boulevard available if a more chilled environment is preferred.
• Chambre: 7,5 Good size rooms, massive balcony, good sized shower but temperature of shower hard to control.
